While everything rises and falls on leadership, it is pertinent to note that leadership rises and falls on communication.
Your success as a leader is hinged heavily on your communication skill. If you desire to excel in this area, you have to live by certain standards, such as:
1. Being consistent in and with your message.
2. Being clear in your expectations from the people you lead.
3. Being courteous in the way you communicate with your people.
